By accessing and using the Super Relax Application (“App”), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• App: Refers to the Super Relax application, which provides audio playback services for relaxation purposes.

• User: Any individual who accesses or uses the App.

• We/Developer: The party that developed and manages the App.

• Content: All audio materials and information provided within the App.

• Usage Data: Information collected regarding the usage of the App, including the audio tracks that are played and stopped, the timestamps when the audio is turned on and off, and the time when the User agrees to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

3. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to:

• Access and use the App for its intended purpose.

• Enjoy the audio content provided by the App for personal use only.

Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, or modifying any of the content provided in the App without our written permission.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or structure of the App.

4. Rights and Obligations of Users

• User Obligations:

  • Use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Refrain from using the App for unlawful purposes, causing harm to others, or disrupting the normal operation of the App.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account details (if applicable) and not misuse any provided login credentials.

• User Rights:

  • Access the services provided by the App as intended.

  • Receive timely updates and information regarding any changes to these Terms and Conditions through in-app notifications or email.

5. Usage Data

The App collects the following usage data:

• Audio Information: The specific audio tracks that are played and stopped, as well as the timestamps indicating when the audio is turned on and off.

• Consent Timestamp: The timestamp recording when the User agrees to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

This data is collected solely to enhance service quality and improve the user experience. It is not used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including audio files, designs, and code—is owned by us or by the parties who have granted us the appropriate licenses. Users are only granted the right to use this content as described in these Terms and Conditions. Any commercial use or redistribution of the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for:

• Any loss or damage, including the loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the App.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

• Any changes, interruptions, or updates to the App arising from maintenance, technical issues, or system enhancements.

8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published within the App. Continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the App shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. Should such negotiations fail, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
